Bucharest is the capital of Romania and at the same time the largest, vibrant city and the industrial and commercial center of the country. With around 2 million inhabitants, Bucharest is the sixth largest city in the European Union. 

Romanian Association for Electronics and Software (ARIES) is the biggest and most influental organization created for the IT&C industry in Romania, having 5 branches: Timisoara, Brasov, Cluj , Craiova with it headquarter in Bucharest.

Delegation of SIBB visited the headquarter of ARIES in Bucharest, where both associations got to know each other better, learned more about the specifics of both organizations, discussed joint plans, and finalized their acquaintance by signing a Memorandum of Understanding .
