SIBB Managing Director, Rene Ebert, joined the economic delegation of Berlin Senate Department for Economics, Energy and Public Enterprises to New York City and Boston, USA. One of the most important part of delegation programm is associated with offical Berlin Senate office opening in NYC accompanied by Ms. Ramona Pop - Mayor of Berlin and Senator.
During an official opening cermony hosted by Urban Future Lab in NYC, SIBB had a pleasure to sign up a Memorandum of Understanding with the American-Israeli innovation platform SOSA. The signing ceremony took place in the presence of Ms. Ramona Pop. SOSA is a global network based in Tel Aviv and New York that brings together over 15,000 start-ups and around 250 investors, venture capital funds and international companies.
The main objective of future coopertion is to develop strategic partnerships for international cooperation between economic players in the digital economy from Berlin and New York City with a particular focus on cyber security, data-driven and industry 4.0 solutions. The partnership will provide support for mutual market entry, technology transfer, capital procurement and faster implementation of internationalisation strategies.
