We had a blast last Wednesday! Our 7 startups have been receiving the SIBB Deep Tech scholarship for 6 months and have shown now their accomplishments to a crowd of interested investors, angels and peers.

What was particularly special about the event was the hybrid approach. Due to in-door people limitations, we invited participants both offline and online. For the online part, we streamed the pitches via our YouTube channel. We are happy and thankful about the great participation online and in person at Unicorn Workspaces in Brunnenviertel in Berlin.

We enjoyed 6-minute pitches with a 4-minute question period where online viewers could also ask questions via the chat. ecotrek, hearME, Mineiros, resonanz, Vähk, Yoona and Magic Zebra all delivered great presentations about their achievements and their current product state.

At the end of all pitches, our offline and online viewers were invited to vote for their favorite team while we also had a professional, experienced jury at the event to determine the winner team of our startup night.
