SIBB & WLOUNGE are official partners for the upcoming SIBB Deep Tech Accelerator 2022/2023. The first out of three high profile "Women in Tech" / Female Founders event kicked off our campaign yesterday.

Mali (WLOUNGE) has organized an excellent panel with backgrounds in VC, Legal and Startup Coaching. Our female experts discussed relevant questions of early stage startups with our current female founders Pri, Heike & Mona.

Discussed topices included:

• When is the right time to found a company?
• What are the biggest problems founders are usually tackling?
• Are there any special challenges for female founders?
• Our founders also talked about their experiences in the SIBB accelerator and their road ahead.
  

Some key learnings:

• Kill your darling: Be ready to let your idea go! (maybe you need it to throw away)
• Be in love with the problem - not your solution.
• Take the stage! (step up, trust yourself) - and soon you'll be winning pitch contests!
• Different mindsets from mentors and other startups help a lot! Different perspectives help to shake things up.
• Diversity is key - try to have different kind of people in your team. Diverse teams are more creative and successful.
