HR-Panel:  International IT talent pool - what has changed during the pandemic?

In 2019, the shortage of skilled workers in the IT industry has worsened drastically. The number of vacancies for digital specialists in Germany reached 124.000 – it was a new record!

Despite the pandemic, the positive trend on the labor market in the IT sector continues. According to the recent SIBB HR-Survey “IT-Recruitment during and after the COVID19 crisis”, 58% of surveyed companies did not change their recruiting activities and 27% expect to hire even more employees after the pandemic. But where to find and how to hire the competent digital talents?

To tackle the abovementioned challenge, we are working on the new concept to build the industry-driven platform that brings together not only tech companies and recruiting experts but also help IT talents to meet their potential employees.
