Concentrated work and community in nature - COCONAT - is one of the places in the near reach of Berlin for teams to retreat. At the SIBB Deep Tech Accelerator we help talented teams to found their company with a holistic concept of workshops, coaching and mentoring. 

For the first time we were able to also offer our teams to participate something even more exclusive with this excursion to Brandenburg in order to inspire to do the same with their future teams and to strengthen the overall dynamic and trust in the cohort and teams. 

During these 3 days they couldn't just reflect in a quiet environment on their current startup journey but also joined specific workshops - a real workation retreat!
