Welcome to Smart-ups 2020 where in the framework of this year's Startup-Woche Düsseldorf a fully virtual event organized by Enterprise Europe Network Team from NRW.International is taking place from 11-18. September 2020. This event gathers start-ups and companies - smart-ups - in one place to discuss the ongoing challenges of the modern business world. In the course of this event different burning subjects will be addressed and some interesting hotspots for start-ups will be presented.

Fr, 11th September is all about discovering the potentials of Polish Smart-ups.
This event is about discovering the startup culture in Poland, talking about changes, looking for opportunities and driving innovation. 

Zuzana Skalska (Strategic Trends advisor for Up-Front Innovation to businesses, public institutions and NGOs) will explain to us why the future is much more complex than we imagine. She will also explain how the Covid-19 crisis shows there are still many changes to come, changes that we cannot even predict today.

In this short session, the participants will learn about our Deep Tech Hub Partner - the ScaleUp Champions initiative and take part in an exciting startup pitch. Digital matchmaking will then take place for the rest of the week. This event is completely virtual and free of charge.
