SMEs often have little spare time for systematic and strategic HR management. However, it is company employees who account for innovation, service and your company’s customer focus, and also create unique selling propositions. Given the current shortage of specialist workers, proper HR work is also becoming a key company success factor.

Using a mix of information and experience exchange, input from specialists and workshops, the Human Resources Forum aims to:

• tackle practical issues relating to operative HR management professionally,
• avoid HR risks, and
• develop and discuss sustainable solutions and thereby also the SIBB’s chances as an association.

Selected themes from specific perspectives of the IT sector, in particularly project work, will be taken into account.
